Data and purpose
We process your first name, surname, telephone number, town, requested service and, if provided, email address, comments, photographs and plans to handle your enquiry, assess the installation, and prepare and manage a proposal. Required fields allow us to contact you; without them we cannot process the form. Please avoid attaching identity documents, sensitive data or unnecessary images of people.
Legal basis
Handling a quotation request is based on pre-contractual steps requested by you. For enquiries unrelated to a contract, the legal basis is your consent. We do not use this form to subscribe you to advertising or make decisions with legal effects by exclusively automated means.
Providers and access
The website is hosted by Sered. Requests and attachments are stored on the server and in Google tools (Sheets and Drive) for internal management; email is used for notifications and confirmations. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and providers needed to deliver these services. We do not sell your data. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the terms and safeguards applicable to its services; please see its information on international data transfers.
Retention
We retain data while handling the request and managing the commercial relationship. Afterwards, data is retained only for the periods necessary to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities, with restricted access where appropriate.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gruporohiclimatizacion@gmail.com or the address above. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
